A Historic Brand with a Legacy

The brand has a rich history dating back to 1904 when Damián Mateu founded it with engineer Marc Birkigt. Over time, they produced over 12,000 luxury vehicles and 50,000 aircraft engines. In recent years, they have focused on electric hypercars like the Carmen and Carmen Boulogne.

Sergio Martínez Campos commented on presenting at Goodwood: "It is a real honour to present the new Hispano Suiza Carmen Sagrera here in Goodwood to the passionate British public." He emphasised that Goodwood is synonymous with excellence and high performance.

This year marks a significant milestone as Hispano Suiza celebrates its 120th anniversary. The brand continues to thrive under Miguel Suqué Mateu's leadership, preserving its legacy while looking towards future innovations.

The presence of Hispano Suiza at this year's Festival of Speed was notable as they had their own stand for the first time. This allowed them to engage directly with thousands of fans throughout the event.

Luis Pérez-Sala highlighted his experience driving at Goodwood: "The hillclimb course is extremely demanding... It's a delight to get behind the wheel of this model." His words reflect both his enthusiasm and respect for the car's performance capabilities.

The introduction of these innovations and collections underscores Hispano Suiza's commitment to blending tradition with modernity. Their participation in events like Goodwood showcases their dedication to maintaining their prestigious status in automotive history.

The unveiling of both the hypercar and Capsule Collection signifies a new chapter for Hispano Suiza. They continue to honour their storied past while embracing advancements that define their future trajectory.
