Ford Motor Company Achieves Eight Titles In The 2024 Vincentric Certified Pre-Owned Awards
Ford Motor Company has been recognised in the 12th annual Vincentric Best Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Value in America Awards. The company received the 2024 brand award for best CPO value in both the Truck and Van categories, along with six model-specific awards. Jim Baumbick, Ford's vice president of Product Development Operations and Quality, emphasised the importance of vehicle ownership costs to customers.
Ford's success in these awards highlights its commitment to producing durable vehicles that retain their value. The Ford Maverick Hybrid was named the best CPO value in the Small/Mid-Size Pickup segment for the second consecutive year. Meanwhile, the Ford F-150 Lightning secured its ninth win in the Full-Size 1/2-Ton Pickup category.
The Ford Super Duty F-250 earned recognition as the best CPO value in the Full-Size 3/4-Ton Pickup segment for the second time. Additionally, the Ford Super Duty F-350 was awarded for its third time in the Full-Size 1-Ton Pickup segment. The Ford E-Transit 350 also stood out, winning its seventh award in the Large Cargo Van category.
Ford is a leader in commercial vehicles, holding this position for 39 consecutive years. Its F-Series has been America's top-selling truck for 47 years straight. The company's commercial van brand has also maintained its top spot based on industry-reported sales data from 2023.
Ford's range includes vehicles like the Maverick, a compact hybrid pickup ideal for urban tasks and small deliveries. The F-150 Lightning offers versatility with towing capabilities and power export features beneficial for businesses. Vincentric's Evaluation Criteria
Vincentric evaluates vehicle ownership costs using eight factors: depreciation, fees and taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs. This comprehensive analysis helps determine which vehicles offer the best value over time.
The Ford Expedition was also recognised as the best CPO value in the Large SUV segment for the fifth time and third consecutive year. This achievement underscores Ford's dedication to providing cost-effective vehicles that meet diverse customer needs.
