Ford's Legendary RS200 And MK1 Escort To Return Through Boreham Motorworks
Boreham Motorworks, a division of DRVN Automotive Group, has signed a brand licence agreement with Ford Motor Company. This partnership aims to produce and remaster a series of iconic Ford vehicles. Boreham Motorworks is dedicated to reviving some of Ford’s most historically significant road, race, and rally cars.
The first vehicle in this series will be the legendary Ford RS200. This car will be completely rebuilt from the ground up to deliver a peak analogue driving experience. The Ford RS200, originally launched in 1984, was designed for the World Rally Championship and became one of the most revered rally cars of its time.
Additionally, Boreham Motorworks will continue producing blueprint-accurate versions of other iconic Ford vehicles. The first continuation vehicle will be the Group 5 Ford MK1 Escort. This model, introduced in the late 1960s, became famous for its lightweight design and advanced suspension setup, which provided exceptional handling on both road and rally stages.

Boreham Motorworks will produce these remastered icons in very limited numbers. Customers will also receive an exclusive invitation-only membership to The Boreham High Performance Club. This club offers spectacular driving experiences globally for like-minded enthusiasts.

Future Plans
At least five more iconic Ford vehicles will be celebrated over the course of this series. The continuation of the Ford MK1 Escort will be shown to the public later this year. Registrations for these limited production cars are now being accepted on Boreham Motorworks' website.
