In 2023, Ford assembled over 1.8 million vehicles in the U.S., surpassing other automakers by 130,000 units. This includes the popular F-Series truck franchise, which comprises gas-powered, hybrid, and electric pickup trucks. These vehicles are manufactured at plants in Michigan, Missouri, Kentucky, and Ohio.
