The 2025 Ford F-Series Super Duty is now available for order, boasting top-tier horsepower, torque, towing, and payload capabilities. This model introduces fresh styling choices and a blend of features designed for durability and versatility. The new Platinum Plus Package offers premium customisation options, including discounts on Ford accessories and enhanced familiarity with vehicle features.
Design enhancements for the 2025 model include new exterior colours and ActiveX seating on the Lariat trim. The Platinum version features black exterior accents with updated grille and tailgate appliques. The Ford Pro Vehicle Integration System 2.0 simplifies vehicle conversions by integrating upfit instrumentation into the digital systems of Super Duty trucks.
The 2025 Super Duty comes with advanced technology to enhance convenience and productivity. New Trailer Technology bundles offer auxiliary cameras, Individual Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and BLIS with trailer coverage for improved towing visibility. The Ford Pro Vehicle Integration System 2.0 makes it easier to access vehicle signals and integrate user controls.
Additional tech features include Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology, 360-Degree Cameras, a customizable Digital Information Cluster, Head-Up Display, and SYNC 4. These are designed to improve situational awareness. Fleet managers can benefit from Ford Pro software and Telematics to optimise vehicle uptime and efficiency.
The new Platinum Plus Package elevates the Super Duty experience with a unique satin finish grille featuring bright chrome inserts, exclusive Smoked Truffle interior, Venetian Leather seating surfaces with French stitching, and Max Recline Seats for added comfort. The refreshed Platinum trim showcases a Black Onyx cabin with Platinum Blue accents.
The Lariat trim includes ActiveX seating material tailored for active lifestyles. Customers can choose from two new exterior colours: Avalanche and Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat. Class-exclusive 2kW Pro Power Onboard provides mobile power for tools or recreational equipment.

The 2025 Super Duty offers a range of powertrains catering to both retail and commercial customers seeking power, efficiency, performance, and value. It boasts best-in-class maximum available horsepower of 500 hp and torque of 1,200 lb.-ft., as well as best-in-class maximum payload of 8,000 lbs and towing capacity of 40,000 lbs.
The standard engine on XL, XLT, and Lariat trims is the 6.8L V8 gas engine known for its reliability. King Ranch and Platinum trims come standard with the 7.3L V8 gas engine. The 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine remains an option across all trims.
Productivity Enhancements
The Ford Pro suite in the 2025 Super Duty enhances fleet management through real-time data insights via Ford Pro Telematics. This helps optimise vehicle performance while reducing downtime and operating costs through vehicle health alerts and fuel usage reports.
Fleet Start Inhibit allows managers to remotely disable vehicle starts using embedded technology via the Ford Pro Telematics dashboard. A Vehicle Security app lets fleet managers trigger alarms remotely or set security alerts when vehicles are moved unexpectedly.
