Ezra Frech Triumphs With Second Gold Medal At Paris 2024 Paralympics
Ezra Frech secured his second gold medal at the Paralympic Games Paris 2024, triumphing in the Men’s T63 High Jump on Tuesday evening at Stade de France. Frech cleared a height of 1.94m, surpassing the previous Paralympic record of 1.88m and coming close to his world record of 1.97m.
Frech expressed his joy, stating, "Getting to win this gold in front of my family and friends meant so much to me. I had 60-plus people come all the way out here to watch me compete. I was not going to give them a bad experience."
Just a day earlier, Frech clinched his first gold medal in the Men’s Track T63 100m event with a time of 12.06 seconds. This victory marked an impressive addition to his already remarkable career.
The 19-year-old athlete leaves Paris with two gold medals, further solidifying his status as a top competitor in his field.
