Citroën India Expands Presence With 15 New Showrooms & 7 Workshops

Citroën India has recently expanded its network by adding 15 new showrooms in various cities including Jodhpur, Ranchi, and Delhi. This move is part of the company's Network Expansion Program (NEP) launched in March 2024. The program aims to increase Citroën's sales and service touchpoints to 200 by the end of the year.

Network Expansion Plans

In addition to the new showrooms, Citroën has also opened seven new workshops in cities such as Bangalore and Indore. This expansion brings the total number of Citroën touchpoints in India to 145. The company plans to add another 12 showrooms and eight workshops within the next two months.

Shishir Mishra, Brand Director of Citroën India, stated, "Our goal is to ensure that a Citroën touchpoint is within 100 kms of every customer, providing them with exceptional service and support wherever they are. This ambitious network growth reflects our deep commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the Indian market and reinforces our long-term vision for Citroën in India."

Aftersales Network Growth

The L'Atelier Citroën aftersales network currently operates over 60 service centers. By the end of the year, this number will increase to 100, with a target of reaching 150 service centers by 2025. The network ensures availability of genuine parts and certified technicians, aiming for high-quality service.

Citroën's Service On Wheels initiative offers common repairs at customers' doorsteps in selected locations. This adds an extra layer of convenience for customers who require immediate assistance without visiting a service center.

Stellantis Brand House Facilities

Citroën operates 25 Stellantis Brand House (SBH) facilities across India. These facilities offer a wide range of SUVs under one roof. The latest SBH facility was inaugurated in July 2024 in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, further strengthening Citroën's presence in the region.

The company's extensive network underscores its commitment to providing a comprehensive and customer-focused service experience. With these expansions, Citroën aims to enhance customer accessibility and satisfaction across India.
