Citroen eC3 Likely To Get These 5 Features From The Updated C3 Hatchback
Citroen India has addressed the feedback regarding the lack of features in the C3 and C3 Aircross models. The company has introduced updates to enhance these vehicles, adding several new features. These improvements will also be extended to the electric version, the eC3.
The updated C3 now includes features from the recently launched Basalt coupe SUV. These additions comprise automatic climate control, powered wing mirrors, repositioned rear window switches, LED headlamps, six airbags as standard, and a larger seven-inch digital instrument panel. These enhancements aim to address previous complaints about the car being under-equipped.

The electric version of the C3, known as the eC3, is expected to receive all these new features as well. This move will likely make the eC3 more appealing to potential buyers who seek modern conveniences in their vehicles.
The Citroen eC3 is available at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 11.61 lakh. It comes in three main variants: Live, Feel, and Shine. Additionally, there are special versions like Vibe Pack, dual-tone options, and Blu Edition available with the Feel and Shine variants.
Powertrain and Performance
The eC3 is powered by a 29.2kWh battery pack paired with a single motor mounted on the front axle. This setup generates 56bhp and 143Nm of torque. Citroen claims that the eC3 can achieve a driving range of 320km on a single charge.
These updates are part of Citroen's efforts to enhance customer satisfaction by providing more value through additional features. The inclusion of automatic climate control and other amenities is expected to improve the overall driving experience for users.
With these changes, Citroen aims to better compete in the market by offering vehicles that meet modern standards and customer expectations. The updates reflect a commitment to continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
We also expect the updated Citroen eC3 to be more attractive and better compete against its rivals in the Indian market.
