Frank Heyl explains that Bugatti's design is deeply rooted in its 115-year legacy. "With over 115 years of Bugatti history, there is a rich legacy of design DNA that we can reference to; we have a guiding line emphasizing what defines a Bugatti," he states. This heritage influences every aspect of their modern designs.

The Tourbillon exemplifies this philosophy by prioritising performance in its form. "Form always follows performance," Heyl notes. Each curve and panel is meticulously crafted to enhance aerodynamic efficiency and overall speed.

For Heyl and his team, the driving experience is paramount. "The experience – that is what we tailor-made the Tourbillon to evoke," he explains.
