BMW XM Label SUV: Top 5 Things You Need To Know
The BMW XM Label has been introduced in India with a price tag of Rs 3.15 crore (ex-showroom). This model is the most powerful vehicle ever produced by BMW's M division. It features distinctive red accents both inside and out, differentiating it from the standard version of the SUV. Globally, only 500 units are available, with just one unit allocated for India.
Powertrain
Under the hood, the XM Label is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine. This engine delivers an impressive 748hp and 1,000Nm of torque, surpassing the standard XM by 95hp and 200Nm. Despite sharing the same 25.7kWh battery pack as its predecessor, its electric-only range is slightly reduced to between 76-82km compared to the standard's 82-89km.

Performance
The XM Label can accelerate from 0-100kph in just 3.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 250kph electronically limited. With the optional M Driver's Package, this speed increases to 290kph. Power is transmitted through an 8-speed automatic gearbox to all four wheels via the M xDrive all-wheel drive system.
Exterior Design
Externally, unique red elements adorn various parts of the car including the kidney grille surround, rear diffuser insert, model badges, window frame surround, shoulder line, and wheel inserts. The vehicle is finished in BMW Individual Frozen Carbon Black metallic paint and rides on 22-inch M light alloy wheels.

Interior & Features
Inside, the XM Label boasts dual-tone black and red seats within an all-black cabin featuring contrasting red stitching and inserts. A plaque below the control display reads "1 of 500," highlighting its exclusivity. The car includes BMW's latest Curved Display with a 14.9-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver's display.
The XM Label also features a head-up display, dedicated Boost mode, Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system with 20 speakers and a powerful amplifier. Safety features include six airbags, Active Roll Stabilisation, Dynamic Brake Control, among others. It also comes equipped with BMW's Adaptive M Suspension Professional.

Market Positioning
Priced at Rs 55 lakh more than the standard XM (Rs 2.60 crore), this model competes against luxury performance SUVs like Lamborghini Urus, Audi RSQ8, and Aston Martin DBX in India’s market.
This exclusive offering from BMW not only showcases enhanced power but also luxurious design elements that set it apart in its segment.
