BMW India Launches Retail.NEXT To Redefine Luxury Automotive Dealerships
BMW Group India has introduced Retail.NEXT dealerships, aiming to redefine the luxury automotive retail experience. This initiative be rolled out across 56 facilities in 33 cities over the next three years. Retail.NEXT combines digital innovation with personalised service, offering a dynamic environment that caters to modern needs.
Innovative Dealership Design
The layout of Retail.NEXT features open spaces and minimalist design elements for an intuitive flow through the showroom. High-tech digital interfaces are integrated throughout, allowing customers to explore vehicle features and customise preferences. Exclusive areas for private consultations ensure every interaction is personalised and memorable.

Visitors are welcomed at a Welcome Stand instead of a traditional reception counter, reducing barriers between them and dealership staff. The Multifunction Counter serves as an interactive spot for Parts & Accessories sales or as a cashier desk. The Central Customer Walkway guides visitors through an impressive array of premium vehicles.
Customer-Centric Approach
The Central Customer Hospitality area, known as The BMW Bar & Lounge, provides a relaxing space for visitors during their visit. Retail.NEXT integrates Parts & Accessories and Lifestyle collections close to this hospitality area. A fully accessorised highlight car creates a 'Wow-Effect' at the dealership.

Customer Consultation Stages are strategically located throughout the showroom, offering a relaxed environment for discussions. Personal Service Advisors (PSA) and BMW Geniuses use innovative digital tools to provide comprehensive product information. Sales and Service Consultancy Lounges offer privacy for discussions on financing, leasing, and aftersales service.
Enhanced Vehicle Handover Experience
The Multifunctional Handover Bay is dedicated to all handover processes for new and pre-owned cars. Its relaxed lounge atmosphere ensures that new car deliveries are memorable experiences. Additionally, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) users can access AC/DC Fast-Charging facilities at the dealership.

The back-office setup provides dealership staff with dedicated space for administrative work and phone calls. The showroom's design incorporates lighting, sound, temperature control, product staging, and décor to create a homely atmosphere across all touchpoints.
Bird Automotive's Retail.NEXT Showroom
BMW Group India launched Bird Automotive's Retail.NEXT showroom in Gurugram at Address one, Baani, Golf Course Road, Sector - 56, Gurgaon, Haryana. This facility showcases BMW and MINI cars on ground and first floors respectively within its 8,690 sq.ft area.

The ultra-modern showroom displays 10 vehicles: 8 BMWs and 2 MINIs. A dedicated vehicle handover lounge ensures each customer's car delivery is memorable. Merchandise and accessories are displayed in the lifestyle zone while customers can discuss various aspects of owning a BMW or MINI with sales consultants in the interaction lounge.
