BMW Motorrad USA Unveils Exciting Updates For 2025 Motorcycle Models And Features
BMW Motorrad USA has unveiled its 2025 motorcycle lineup, featuring new models, technical enhancements, and colour options. A notable addition is the Ultimate Care Break-In Service, standard on all 2025 models in the U.S. This service, also known as the "600 Mile Service," aims to enhance the premium experience for BMW customers. It is valid for up to six months from the in-service date or a maximum of 750 miles.
The 2025 BMW R 1300 GS Adventure introduces a new 1,300 cc boxer engine and redesigned chassis. It features a bottom-mounted transmission with BMW ShiftCam technology. The model includes advanced electronic assist systems for enhanced long-distance riding on various terrains. Standard features include Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Hill Start Control (HSC), and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR).
The BMW S 1000 R for 2025 sees an increase in horsepower to 170 hp, along with revised gearing and an improved shift assistant. The M Quick-Action Throttle now offers a 58-degree rotation angle. Compliance with Euro 5+ emissions standards is ensured, alongside updated colours and graphics.
For the BMW CE 02, Cosmic Black remains the standard colour option, while Cosmic Black 2 is available with the optional Highline Package. The CE 04 retains Light White as standard, with Imperial Blue Metallic offered through the Avantgarde Package. The G 310 R continues with Cosmic Black 2 as standard and Racing Blue Metallic as part of Style Sport.
The G 310 GS maintains Cosmic Black 3 as its standard colour. Optional styles include Polar White/Racing Blue Metallic under Style Sport and Racing Red within Style Rallye. The Premium Package now includes Headlight Pro, Heated Grips, and Hand Protection.
Advanced Technology Integration
The Automated Shift Assistant (ASA) enhances convenience by allowing automated gearshifts without clutch operation on select models like the R nineT. This feature promises a smoother riding experience by automating clutch operations during gear changes.
The S 1000 RR benefits from new winglets that provide up to 13.2 lbs of additional downforce for improved aerodynamics. It also includes Pro Riding Modes as standard and complies with Euro 5+ emission standards.
Additional Enhancements
The M Quick-Action Throttle is featured across several models, including the M 1000 R and M 1000 RR, offering a precise throttle response with a rotation angle of just 58 degrees. These models also comply with Euro 5+ emissions regulations.
The K series motorcycles see updates such as a centre stand added to their Premium Package offerings. New optional colours are introduced across various models, enhancing customisation options for buyers.
