Leadership Evolution At BMW Group UK: New Faces In Senior Roles

BMW Group UK has unveiled significant changes to its Senior Leadership Team, marking a new era for the company's strategic and marketing direction. Michelle Roberts, who has been serving as the BMW Marketing Director, is set to take on the role of Managing Director at Park Lane, BMW's prestigious retail business, starting from 1 June. Roberts brings over two decades of experience within the BMW Group, having held various senior positions in both the UK and Germany.

Stepping into Roberts' shoes as BMW Marketing Director will be Colette Healy, currently leading the Strategy team of BMW Group UK. Healy's return to the National Sales Company at Farnborough from Rolls-Royce in 2019 saw her spearheading Marketing and Product Management for the MINI team before transitioning to her strategy role in 2023.

BMW UK Leadership Changes

David George, Chief Executive Officer of BMW Group UK, expressed his gratitude towards Roberts for her six years of leadership in the Marketing Team, highlighting her success during a transformative period in the industry. George also welcomed Healy to her new position, acknowledging her instrumental role in guiding BMW UK's strategic direction.
