Bentley Celebrates Double Win In Robb Report’s ‘Best Of The Best’ 2024
(Reston, VA / Crewe, 11 June 2024) Bentley has received two prestigious awards from Robb Report’s ‘Best of the Best’ awards in 2024. The Bentley Flying Spur Speed was named the best Sedan in the Automotive category, praised for its athletic performance and impeccable finish. Additionally, the Bentley Batur was awarded Best Interior for its customization options, sustainable materials, and meticulous attention to detail.
The Flying Spur Speed is the most driving-focused version of Bentley’s luxury performance sedan family. It boasts an improvement of 0.4 seconds in its 0 to 60 mph acceleration and a top speed increase to 207 mph. This model features Electronic All Wheel Steering, Torque Vectoring by Brake technology, and Bentley Dynamic Ride as standard, enhancing its agility and performance.
Powered by a 626 bhp 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged W12 engine, the Flying Spur Speed reaffirms its superior position in the market. "This complements the core pillars of our brand in the performance of the Flying Spur Speed and craftsmanship of the Batur."
The Bentley Batur marks the beginning of a design revolution at Bentley. This new two-door grand touring coupé is limited to just 18 series examples. Created by Bentley’s bespoke and coachbuilding division, Mulliner, it showcases a new design DNA that will guide Bentley’s future range of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs).
Equipped with a 750 PS version of the hand-assembled 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged W12 engine, the Batur is Bentley’s most powerful model to date. Mulliner’s design team collaborates with each customer for several hours using a specially-created visualiser that allows any part of the car to be customised in colour and surface finish.
Customization and Craftsmanship
The customization process for the Batur includes endless samples of unique materials, such as 3D printed solid gold. This ensures that each design is truly individual and created by the customer. The level of personalization available is limited only by imagination.
