Bentley Motors Debuts Mulliner Bespoke Creations At Auto China 2024
Bentley Motors made a significant impact at Auto China 2024, showcasing a series of models that underscore the brand's dedication to luxury and personalization. The highlight of Bentley's presentation was the unveiling of vehicles crafted by its personal commissioning division, Mulliner. This included the public debut of the Bentley Batur in China, a one-of-one Continental GTC S, the luxury flagship Bentayga EWB Mulliner, and the Flying Spur Azure Hybrid, each demonstrating bespoke features and Mulliner's artisanal craftsmanship.
The Bentley Batur, limited to just 18 units, stands as the most powerful model in Bentley's lineup. It was introduced with a new exterior paint color named Gloss Aquamarine, capturing attention with its minimalist design language that hints at the future direction of Bentley models. The Batur's design boasts curvaceous surfaces and a sleek profile, with an interior that offers extensive customization options using sustainable materials.
At Auto China 2024, Bentley also took the wraps off a unique Continental GT Convertible S, tailored specifically for the Chinese market. Inspired by surfing, this model features a Snow Quartz exterior with a Light Celeste pinstripe and an interior adorned in Light Celeste and Beluga hides. The Flying Spur Azure Hybrid was another model on display, showcasing bespoke personalization details like a unique stone veneer interior finish.
China-Exclusive Personalized Collections
Bentley announced three personalized collections exclusive to China, co-created with Mulliner. The Koi Carp Collection, limited to eight cars, incorporates six unique Koi Carp designs within the interior. The Landscapes Collection draws inspiration from an ancient Chinese painting and is also limited to eight cars, featuring contrast bespoke landscape embroidered emblems. The Ru Yi Collection, with only three cars available, is inspired by the traditional Chinese Ru Yi and showcases embroidery and seal characters reflective of this theme.
Luxury Flagship Bentayga EWB Mulliner
The Bentayga EWB Mulliner was presented as Bentley's luxury flagship offering at Auto China. It promises a spacious cabin with bespoke enhancements, allowing customers to select from curated interior color combinations or specify their own Mulliner Bespoke Interior. The show car displayed featured an elegant Linen and Imperial Blue color split.
