Explore New Colour Options With Kia Seltos Base Variant
Kia Seltos, initially launched as the South Korean carmaker's first vehicle in India, has seen consistent growth and popularity. To further enhance its appeal, Kia introduced a facelift for the SUV in 2023, which included various updates and competitive pricing.
Previously, the most affordable base variant of the Kia Seltos was available in just two colours: Sparkling Silver and Clear White. However, Kia has now expanded the colour options for the base variant to include five additional shades: Imperial Blue, Pewter Olive, Intense Red, Aurora Black Pearl, and Gravity Grey.
For those opting for the HTK and HTK+ variants, there are now six colour options, with the inclusion of the Aurora Black Pearl. The HTX+ variant, however, will no longer offer dual-tone colours. Dual-tone options are now exclusive to the GT Line variants.
The pricing for the Kia Seltos starts at Rs 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 20.35 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-tier X-Line variant. The SUV is available in seven trim levels: HTE, HTK, HTX, GTX+, HTK+, HTX+, and X-Line.
Engine Options and Specifications
The Kia Seltos offers three engine choices. The first is a 1.5-litre petrol engine that delivers 115hp and 144Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with a 6-speed manual or a CVT. The second option is a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine producing 116hp and 250Nm of torque, available with a 6-speed iMT or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Additionally, there is a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, which generates 160hp and 253Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
