Automobili Lamborghini Achieves Record Deliveries And Revenues In First Nine Months Of 2024
Automobili Lamborghini has announced record-breaking figures for the first nine months of 2024. The company delivered 8,411 cars, marking an 8.6% increase compared to the same period in 2023. Revenues reached 2,434 million euros, a rise of 20.1% from last year, while operating profit grew by 9.8% to 678 million euros.
The introduction of three new models within just 18 months has been pivotal for Lamborghini. This period culminated with the launch of the Lamborghini Temerario, completing the hybridisation of their range. Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO, remarked on this transformation: "The extremely positive performance we are seeing is the result of an unprecedented chapter for Automobili Lamborghini."
Paolo Poma, Managing Director and CFO, highlighted the company's strategic success despite challenging market conditions. He stated: "The year’s first nine months’ results demonstrate the exceptional execution of our strategy." The third quarter's performance has set expectations high for another record-breaking year.
Lamborghini's order bank remains robust with high demand across all models. The Revuelto has a waiting time exceeding two years. Meanwhile, orders for the Urus SE cover production through 2025. The newly unveiled Temerario received a positive public response when orders began in September.
The milestones achieved by Lamborghini reinforce its standing in the luxury automotive sector. These successes provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation strategies. The company's commitment to expanding its offerings continues to drive its impressive performance.
Technical Specifications
The Revuelto boasts combined fuel consumption values of 11.86 l/100 km and CO2 emissions at 276 g/km. For the Urus SE, combined fuel consumption is at 2.08 l/100 km with CO2 emissions at 51.25 g/km.
The Temerario was showcased during Monterey Car Week and is not yet available for sale as it undergoes type testing for fuel consumption and emissions data.
