Audi Q5 Bold Edition Launched At Rs 72.3 Lakh - Limited Units Available
German luxury carmaker Audi has launched the Q5 Bold Edition in India. The Audi Q5 Bold Edition is priced at Rs 72.3 lakh (ex-showroom). The Q5 Bold Edition will be available in limited numbers to customers for the upcoming Dusshera-Diwali festive season.
The new Audi Q5 Bold Edition comes in five distinct exterior colourways - Glacier White, Navarra Blue, Mythos Black, District Green, and Manhattan Gray. The Q5 Bold Edition also gets LED lighting all around and rides on 19-inch alloy wheels.
The limited-run SUV sports the Black Styling Package that adds a high-gloss black finish to the grille, Audi badges, window surrounds, external rear-view mirrors and roof rails. Audi claims that the addition of the Black Styling Package gives the Q5 Bold Edition an even more bold and confident presence.
Inside the Q5 Bold Edition's cabin, the SUV sports digital displays for the instrumentation (Audi Cockpit Plus) and infotainment, with the latter coming connected to a B&O Premium Sound System with 19 speakers and 755-watt output producing 3D sound effects.
Other highlights of the Q5 Bold Edition SUV's interior include a panoramic sunroof, 3-zone air conditioning, wireless phone charger, park assist with 360° camera, and the Ambient Lighting Package Plus which is offered in 30 colours for surface and contour lighting.
The Audi Q5 Bold Edition is powered by a turbocharged, 2.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 261bhp and 370Nm of peak torque which is sent to all four wheels by a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and the Quattro all-wheel drive setup.
The Q5 Bold Edition sprints from 0-100km/h in 6.1 seconds and has a top speed of 240km/h. The SUV features six drive modes - Comfort, Dynamic, Individual, Efficiency, Auto and Off-Road and also gets adaptive dampers.
Speaking about the launch of the Q5 Bold Edition, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said, "Customers today want exclusivity and with this special, Bold Edition, they get a perfect blend of customization and features. The Audi Q5 has always been amongst our best-seller models and we are confident that this new Bold Edition will only attract more buyers and brand fans."
