Audi Teams Up With Major League Soccer For Exclusive Vehicle Themes
In collaboration with Major League Soccer (MLS), Audi has introduced new MLS Themes for U.S. soccer enthusiasts, coinciding with the 2024 All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio on July 24th. These themes are available for select 2023-2025 Audi models, allowing owners to personalise their MMI display with MLS-branded wallpapers and matching interior ambient lighting.
Audi Themes provide a unique way for Audi owners to customise their vehicle interiors. The specially curated content includes travel landscapes, animals, shapes, cinema, and sports themes such as MLS teams. Seasonal images are also available to add a festive touch during holidays. Customers can set the ambient lighting to complement the chosen image if their vehicle is equipped with the optional LED interior lighting package plus.
Starting at $17.99, these MLS-branded themes offer fans an immersive experience to celebrate their favourite clubs. Available today and just in time for the 2024 MLS All-Star Game, 29 teams now have specific themes for Audi customers to purchase. Additionally, a special edition 2024 All-Star Game theme is available for download.
Since its launch earlier this year, more than 10,000 themes have been downloaded by Audi customers. The wide selection of themes can be purchased through the myAudi Marketplace on the myAudi smartphone app for a one-time fee starting from $12.99. Each theme is specific to the vehicle it is purchased for and cannot be transferred to another user or vehicle.
Audi has been a long-time supporter of MLS and recently announced its Official Premium Automotive partnership with Inter Miami CF while launching the first themes execution with the club. This partnership highlights Audi's dedication to providing innovative and personalised experiences for its customers.
The introduction of these new themes aligns with Audi's broader vision of creating a more sustainable and inclusive future. By 2025, Audi aims to have at least 30 percent of its U.S. model lineup electrified, including fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Globally, Audi is committed to achieving net CO2 neutrality by 2050.
