Ashok Leyland Launches New LCV Dealership In Chhindwara To Bolster Network
Ashok Leyland, a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, has inaugurated a new Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) dealership in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. This marks the company's eighth LCV dealership in the state. The new facility, operated by channel partner Sunil MotoCorp, is strategically located near Durga Mandir and features advanced tools, five quick service bays, and sophisticated infrastructure to provide an enhanced customer experience.
Expanding product range and network
Amandeep Singh, President of IO, LCV, Defence & PSB at Ashok Leyland Ltd., stated that the success of their DOST Range and BADA DOST products is due to their robustness and extensive network. He added that their products have received positive feedback from customers for their best-in-class mileage and performance.
The company's service retention levels are also high, with nearly 70% of customers returning to dealer workshops even after the warranty period. Ashok Leyland remains committed to maintaining and improving customer service and satisfaction.
The company currently offers a variety of LCV products such as BADA DOST, DOST, PARTNER, and MiTR. With over 500,000 LCVs across India, Ashok Leyland aims to meet the evolving needs of Indian customers by providing cutting-edge technology at competitive prices.
BADA DOST: A Versatile Vehicle
The recently launched BADA DOST is built on a new robust LCV platform with three variants: i2, i3+, and i4. It features an 80 hp BS6 engine that delivers best-in-class power and mileage. Its low turning radius and best-in-class ground clearance make it suitable for both inter- and intra-city applications across different terrains.
The DOST range includes models such as DOST LiTE, DOST STRONG, DOST XL, and DOST+ to cater to different market segments and applications. PARTNER is a fuel-efficient load carrier designed for the 4-ton payload segment with both 4-tyre and 6-tyre options. MiTR bus is based on the same platform as PARTNER and comes in standard bus and school bus options.
All these vehicles are manufactured at Ashok Leyland's state-of-the-art Hosur plant. The company boasts one of the largest networks in the commercial vehicle space with over 1,700 exclusive outlets ensuring an authorized service centre every 75 km on major highways.
