American Honda Introduces Dax 125 To U.S. Market For The 2025 Model Year
The Dax 125, a nod to the 1969 Trail 70, is set to hit U.S. markets in 2025. This model joins Honda's miniMOTO lineup, which includes the Grom, Monkey, Super Cub, Trail125, and Navi. Initially introduced to European customers for 2023, the Dax 125 brings nostalgia with modern updates.
American Honda's Public Relations Manager, Colin Miller, highlighted the Trail 70's popularity in the '70s. "In the '70s, the Trail 70 was ubiquitous in the U.S., where its unique look—highlighted by a 'T-bone' frame, chunky tires and folding handlebar—made it easily recognizable strapped to motorhome bumpers and tooling around campgrounds," he stated. The Dax 125 aims to capture that same spirit with contemporary advancements.
The Dax 125 is part of Honda's charming miniMOTO series. These small but appealing models have resonated with both young and older riders. The series is known for its playful design and practicality. Each model offers a unique riding experience while maintaining Honda's reputation for reliability.
