Cisneros Group CEO Adriana Cisneros Expands Ford Board To 15 Directors
Adriana Cisneros has been elected to the Ford Motor Company board, expanding it to 15 directors. Cisneros, who became CEO of Cisneros Group in 2013, will join the Nominating and Governance and Sustainability, Innovation and Policy committees. "Adriana will be a wonderful addition to our board," said Executive Chair Bill Ford. "She’s a CEO who has successfully modernized a family-led business by consistently thinking outside of the box and shattering conventions, experiences that are highly relevant as our team transforms Ford to compete and win in an exciting new era for the automotive industry."
Cisneros Group was founded in 1929 in Venezuela by Diego Cisneros as a material transport business. Over the past 95 years, it has grown significantly under Adriana's leadership. She took over from her father, Gustavo Cisneros, and transformed the company into a global leader in digital advertising, media, entertainment, and real estate.

Adriana Cisneros also holds significant board experience. She serves as a director at Mattel Inc., AST Spacemobile Inc., and the Paley Center for Media. Additionally, she is a trustee of the Knight Foundation and actively supports arts and education institutions like New York City's Museum of Modern Art.
