2025 Range Rover Sport Launched In India At Rs 1.45 Crore
Jaguar Land Rover India has revealed the pricing for the 2025 model year Range Rover Sport, setting the starting price at Rs 1.45 crore (ex-showroom). This marks a Rs 5 lakh increase from its previous price, a change attributed to the discontinuation of the Dynamic SE variant, making the Dynamic HSE the new entry-level option.
Despite the price hike, the Range Rover Sport continues to offer a blend of luxury and performance, with both petrol and diesel engine options available for the Dynamic HSE model.
The Dynamic HSE variant of the Range Rover Sport now comes packed with additional features, elevating the driving experience to new levels of comfort and convenience. Notably, the model includes Semi-Aniline leather seats, alongside powered, heated, and ventilated seats.
Drivers can also enjoy a head-up display and auto-parking assist, enhancements that build upon the already impressive list of attributes like digital LED headlights with signature Daytime Running Lamps, air suspension, powered and heated rear seats, and a Meridian sound system.
Furthermore, JLR has introduced features previously exclusive to the Autobiography variant, such as front massage seats, front and rear winged headrests, illuminated seat belt buckles, and illuminated aluminum tread plates adorned with Range Rover lettering.
When it comes to performance, the 2025 Range Rover Sport Dynamic HSE does not compromise. The locally assembled model offers a choice between the P400, a 400hp 3.0-litre, six-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, and the D350, which features a 351hp, 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel engine. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and 4x4 technology, ensuring robust performance across various driving conditions.

Additionally, three CBU imports-the P460e PHEV Autobiography, the P530 Autobiography with a 4.4-litre V8, and the P530 SV Edition Two-are available, with prices set at Rs 2.11 crore, Rs 2.12 crore, and Rs 2.95 crore (all prices in ex-shoroom), respectively. This diversified range ensures that there is a Range Rover Sport variant to meet the preferences and requirements of various buyers.
With its price adjustment, the Range Rover Sport positions itself as a slightly more premium option compared to competitors like the Porsche Cayenne, which starts at Rs 1.43 crore, and the BMW X7, priced from Rs 1.3 crore.
