2025 Nissan Rogue Unveils Rock Creek Edition And Advanced ProPILOT Assist 2.1
The 2025 Nissan Rogue is set to offer more adventure with its new Rock Creek edition and ProPILOT Assist 2.1 driver assistance technology. Following a visual refresh and the addition of Google built-in for the 2024 model, the latest Rogue will be available at dealerships later this summer. Pricing details will be announced closer to the sale date.
The Rock Creek edition of the Rogue is designed for those who venture beyond typical roads. It features a unique gloss black front grille with silver accents, a redesigned front fascia with Lava Red accents, and gloss black sideview mirrors. The tubular roof rack with integrated cross bars also sports Lava Red accents. This edition rolls on 235/65R17 Falken Wild Peak all-terrain tires mounted on 17-inch satin black wheels.
Inside, the Rock Creek edition offers water-repellent leatherette seating with unique inserts, Lava Red accent stitching, and piano black dashboard trim. Additional features include heated front seats and a 12-volt power outlet in the cargo area. The HD Intelligent Around View® Monitor adds an Off-Road View that operates at speeds up to 12 mph, aiding in spotting obstacles during maneuvers.
The 2025 Rogue introduces ProPILOT Assist 2.1, available on SL and Platinum trims. This system allows attentive drivers to take their hands off the steering wheel during single-lane freeway driving while managing acceleration, steering assistance, and braking. A map of compatible roads is available online.
Additionally, ProPILOT Assist is standard on SV and Rock Creek trims, combining Intelligent Cruise Control with Steering Assist. On SL and Platinum trims, ProPILOT Assist 1.1 uses navigation information to adjust speed ahead of curves and freeway interchanges.
Comprehensive Safety Features
All Rogue models come equipped with Nissan Safety Shield® 360, which includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist, and Rear Automatic Braking. Other standard technologies include Rear Door Alert and Easy-Fill Tire Alert for added convenience.
The SL and Platinum trims feature an advanced version of the Intelligent Around View Monitor with 3D rotation around the vehicle. This system helps drivers see more angles when parking or maneuvering in tight spaces. The available Technology Package adds Front Wide View and Invisible Hood View for enhanced visibility in challenging situations.
Entertainment and Connectivity
For entertainment, Rogue S, SV, and Rock Creek trims come with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and SiriusXM® Radio as standard. The SL and Platinum trims upgrade to a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google built-in apps like Google Assistant and Google Maps integrated into the dashboard.
These higher trims also offer wireless Apple CarPlay®, wireless Android Auto™, and a wireless charging pad for added convenience during travel.
Efficient Performance
All Rogue models are powered by a standard 1.5-liter Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo) engine that adjusts its compression ratio to optimise power or efficiency based on driver demand. This engine delivers 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque while contributing to best-in-class fuel economy through features like Idle Stop/Start that shuts off the engine when stationary.
The engine pairs with an Xtronic CVT for smooth performance across all driving conditions.
An available premium package for the Rock Creek edition adds luxury touches such as a wireless charging pad, heated steering wheel, four-way power passenger seat, motion-activated power liftgate, memory driver's seat and mirrors, reverse tilt-down outside mirrors with turn signals, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and interior LED accent lighting.
The Rock Creek edition is offered in four colours: Everest White, Super Black, Boulder Gray, and Baja Storm.
