2025 Jeep Meridian SUV Alternatives: Mahindra Scorpio N To Toyota Fortuner
The 2025 Jeep Meridian SUV has been refreshed by Jeep India, introducing advanced technology like ADAS level 2 features and an improved interior. Despite these updates, the exterior remains unchanged. A new five-seater option joins the existing seven-seater layout.
The price has been reduced by 6 lakh, now ranging from 24.99 lakh to 36.49 lakh ex-showroom, making it a strong contender in the D-segment SUV market against models like Mahindra Scorpio N and Toyota Fortuner.

Mahindra Scorpio N
The Mahindra Scorpio N is priced between 13.85 lakh and 24.54 lakh ex-showroom. It offers both two-wheel and four-wheel drive options, powered by a 2.0-liter mHawk diesel engine. This model boasts a five-star Global NCAP rating, six airbags, and various comfort features such as a 10.24-inch touchscreen and a 12-speaker Sony audio system.
Toyota Fortuner
Priced from 33.43 lakh to 51.44 lakh ex-showroom, the Toyota Fortuner comes with either a petrol or diesel engine option. The diesel variant delivers up to 201 bhp and 450 Nm of torque with a TC gearbox. It holds a five-star ASEAN NCAP rating, includes seven airbags, and offers hill descent control for its 4x4 model.
MG Gloster
The MG Gloster is available at prices ranging from 38.80 lakh to 43.87 lakh ex-showroom as either a six or seven-seater SUV. It features a 2.0-liter diesel engine in single or twin-turbo variants paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
