2025 Honda Odyssey Unveils New Styling And Cutting-Edge Tech For Families
The Honda Odyssey, America's top-selling minivan, is reaffirming its dominance for 2025 with sporty new styling, additional standard features, and enhanced cabin technology. Starting tomorrow, the 2025 Odyssey will be available in four trims: EX-L, Sport-L, Touring, and Elite. Prices begin at $41,920 (excluding a $1,395 destination and handling charge).
Jessika Laudermilk, assistant vice president of Honda Auto Sales, stated, "Our Honda Odyssey is America's retail #1 minivan for good reason – for over a quarter century we have consistently improved the styling and features, equipping it with technology that's useful for the whole family." She added that the 2025 model continues to set the standard for family-friendly features and flexible cargo space while maintaining an engaging driving experience.
The 2025 Odyssey boasts a refreshed appearance with a sporty new grille and redesigned front and rear fascias. The aggressive front fascia now includes larger black fog light surrounds. The rear bumper integrates vertical reflectors inspired by the Acura NSX supercar. Additionally, all models receive new wheel designs; the Elite trim features machine-finished 19-inch alloys.
Inside the cabin, significant technology updates enhance the overall experience. A new 7-inch digital instrument display is standard across all trims. This display includes an all-digital tachometer on the left and a physical speedometer on the right. It also offers user-selectable functions such as Honda Sensing® settings and vehicle information.
Every 2025 Odyssey comes equipped with a larger 9-inch colour touchscreen featuring a faster processor for smooth performance. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility are standard, along with a wireless phone charger and multiple USB-C ports throughout the cabin. The Rear Entertainment System has been completely revamped with a larger 12.8-inch high-resolution screen.
The HDMI plug has been relocated inside the console to provide dedicated storage for streaming devices. These updates ensure that passengers enjoy an enhanced entertainment experience during their journeys.
Trim Levels and Pricing
{TABLE_X}The EX-L trim starts at $41,920 (excluding destination charge) and includes leather upholstery, a new digital instrument display, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, a wireless phone charger, one-touch power moonroof, power tailgate, heated front seats, and Magic Slide™ second-row seats.
The Sport-L trim offers unique styling elements such as darkened taillights and Berlina Black 19-inch wheels. Inside, it features black leather with red contrast stitching on various surfaces including the steering wheel and seats. The interior also has red accent lighting at night.
Touring and Elite Trims
The Touring trim adds advanced features like a Satellite-Linked Navigation System™, CabinWatch® child viewing system, updated Rear Entertainment System with a larger screen, third-row sunshades, contrast stitching on all seats, and parking sensors.
The Elite trim provides a more luxurious experience with two-tone perforated leather seats with piping, ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, premium audio system, rain-sensing wipers, hands-free power tailgate, and auto-dimming side mirrors.
Performance and Safety
All 2025 Odysseys are powered by a proven 280 HP V6 engine paired with a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission featuring paddle shifters. Honda's commitment to safety is evident in every model coming equipped with the Honda Sensing® suite of safety technologies. This includes Collision Mitigation Braking System™, Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow.
Manufacturing Excellence
The award-winning fifth-generation Odyssey is produced exclusively at Honda's auto plant in Lincoln, Alabama alongside other models like Pilot and Passport. Its V6 engine is also manufactured in Alabama while the 10-speed automatic transmission is made at Honda's plant in Tallapoosa, Georgia using domestic and globally sourced parts.
