2025 Acura RDX Debuts With New Styling And Advanced Tech

The updated 2025 Acura RDX is now available at Acura dealerships, featuring refined styling, an upgraded interior, and advanced technology. This turbocharged performance SUV starts at a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $44,700, excluding destination and handling fees.

Acura's designers have elevated the 2025 RDX with a new "frameless" Diamond Pentagon grille and aggressive grille mesh for a more distinctive appearance. The standard model also boasts premium gloss-black exterior trim. All RDX variants come with sportier wheel designs, including new Berlina Black 19-inch wheels as standard.

The top-tier RDX with Advance Package and A-Spec with Advance Package now feature full-leather upholstery and additional ambient lighting on the redesigned center console. These models also include dramatically lit front- and rear-door speaker cones behind acid-etched speaker grilles.

Inside, the cabin experience has been enhanced with a redesigned center console that offers increased storage, larger cupholders, and easier access to the wireless smartphone charger. The standard 10.2-inch HD center display now includes a new wide-screen mode for its wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Every 2025 RDX comes with three years of complimentary AcuraLink remote services via the AcuraLink mobile app. This service enhances convenience by allowing remote access to various vehicle functions through a smartphone.

Advanced Safety Features

The 2025 RDX sets a high standard for safety in the premium 5-passenger SUV class. It features Acura's proprietary ACE body structure and the AcuraWatch suite of advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies as standard. These include Blind Spot Information (BSI), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low Speed Follow, Forward Collision Warning (FCW) System, Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) system, Lane Departure Warning (LDW) System, Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), and Rear Cross Traffic Monitor.

The refreshed RDX is available in three new paint colours: Solar Silver Metallic, Canyon River Blue Metallic, and Urban Gray Pearl. These colours are also offered on the extensively refreshed 2025 MDX.

The RDX A-Spec models cater to buyers seeking a sportier look with blacked-out exterior treatments, new 20-inch wheels, and A-Spec badges. Exclusive Berlina Black machine-finished 20-inch wheels are available on the RDX A-Spec with Advance Package.

Acura remains committed to delivering expressive styling, innovative engineering, and engaging dynamics through its Precision Crafted Performance DNA. The lineup includes two sport sedans—the Integra and TLX—and three sport-utility vehicles: the RDX, MDX, and all-electric ZDX. A fourth SUV, the ADX, will join in 2025 as a new gateway model.
