2024 Nissan Magnite Facelift Intro Prices End: Price Hike Details Revealed
The 2024 Nissan Magnite facelift has been introduced in India with a starting price of ₹5.99 lakh for the first 10,000 buyers. This price matches the pre-facelift model's initial cost. However, this introductory offer is ending, and prices will soon rise by 2%. The facelift focuses on cosmetic updates and additional features rather than a complete overhaul.
Under the hood, the 2024 Magnite retains its existing engine options. The turbocharged engine generates 98 bhp and 160 Nm of torque while the naturally aspirated unit delivers 71bhp and 96 Nm of torque. The turbocharged version offers either a 5-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Meanwhile, the naturally aspirated engine comes with a 5-speed manual or an automated manual transmission (AMT).
Variants
The updated Magnite is now available in six variants: Visia, Visia+, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and Tekna+. These options provide customers with a range of choices to suit their preferences and budget. The facelifted model also introduces new interior colour schemes to enhance its appeal.
Safety Features
In terms of safety, Nissan has equipped the 2024 Magnite with several standard features. These include six airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and an emergency stop signal. Additional safety measures comprise Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Traction Control, Hill Start Assist, and Hydraulic Brake Assist. Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and a reinforced body structure.
Design Enhancements
The exterior of the new Magnite showcases significant design changes. A redesigned front bumper and grille give it a more aggressive look compared to its predecessor. The signature boomerang-style daytime running lights (DRLs) remain on the lower bumper section.
On the sides, the vehicle maintains its previous design but now features new 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, updated tail lamps with unique detailing and a smoked effect are noticeable changes. The rear bumper has also been reimagined for this iteration.
The LED headlights have been upgraded to an automatic function with bi-functional projectors for improved visibility during night driving. These enhancements contribute to both aesthetics and functionality.
