2024 Honda Amaze Features VX Variant Details: More Than Well-Equipped
The compact sedan market has been revitalised with the introduction of the 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire and the 2024 Honda Amaze. These models have long been favourites in their segment, and their latest updates have made them even more premium. This enhancement has also led to an increase in their prices.
The 2024 Honda Amaze is available in three trim levels: V, VX, and ZX. The base V model starts at ₹8 lakh, while the top-tier ZX with CVT transmission is priced at ₹10.90 lakh. The mid-range VX trim costs ₹9.10 lakh for the manual version and ₹9.70 lakh for the CVT option.

The VX trim of the 2024 Honda Amaze offers a host of features that make it a compelling choice for buyers seeking value. It includes 15-inch alloy wheels, LED projector fog lights, automatic headlights, and power-foldable ORVMs. Notably, this trim level does not feature dual-tone rims as seen in previous models.
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Amaze VX boasts a wireless phone charger, rear AC vents, and a push-button start/stop system. The CVT variant also offers remote engine start capability. Additional features include an automatic climate control system and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Alexa compatibility.
Engine Specifications
All variants of the 2024 Honda Amaze are powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers 89 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox across all trim levels, providing flexibility in driving preferences.
Safety features in the VX trim include a Lanewatch camera, rear defogger, and rearview camera. These additions enhance the overall safety profile of the vehicle, making it an attractive option for those prioritising security alongside comfort.
The third-generation Honda Amaze has seen its starting price rise from ₹7.19 lakh to ₹8 lakh ex-showroom. Despite this increase, the mid-spec VX trim remains a value-for-money option due to its comprehensive feature set compared to previous iterations.
