Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia recently bagged 5-Star safety rating at the Global-NCAP for both Adult and Child Occupant Protection. This makes both these models one of the safest sedans you can buy in India.

It is also worth mentioning that both the Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia sedans are built on the same MQB-A0 IN platform that underpins the Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq SUVs.

What's even more interesting is that the Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq SUVs already received 5-Star safety rating at the Global-NCAP. In fact, the Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun SUVs are among the first models to be tested under the more demanding crash test requirements.

Speaking about Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus, both sedans feature top-tier safety features such as 6 airbags, hill hold control, ABS with EBD, traction control (TC), Brake Disc Wiping, Roll Over Protection, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), multi-collision braking system (MBS), hill start assist, ISOFIX points and more.
