Volkswagens Major Expansion in Delhi NCR: What to Expect
Volkswagen is expanding its reach in Delhi NCR with the opening of two new locations in Faridabad and Noida's Sector 63. These additions enhance Volkswagen's presence in the region, bringing the total to 13 sales outlets and eight service centers. These new outlets are part of Volkswagen India's network expansion strategy, which is designed to improve customer accessibility.
By broadening its footprint across the NCR, the brand can provide a more comprehensive portfolio that includes safe, German-engineered vehicles and a variety of top-tier service offerings, thereby enriching client engagement.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director for Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, emphasizes that this expansion is dedicated to augmenting customer satisfaction by increasing brand proximity. He also confirms that the new outlets in Delhi NCR will cater to a wider audience, providing them with an unparalleled ownership experience throughout their mobility journey.
Volkswagen Capital's Faridabad location is overseen by Group Landmark India’s Managing Director, Ms. Garima Misra, while Viraj Automobiles' Director, Mr. Ajay Agarwal, supervises the Noida Sector 63 outlet. These locations feature showroom displays of the 5-star GNCAP-rated Virtus, Taigun, and globally popular Volkswagen Tiguan.
Customers at these outlets can avail themselves of Volkswagen's comprehensive service package, which includes express service, Mobile Service Unit, and Volkswagen Assistance. While the Noida branch operates its services through the broader Volkswagen Noida dealership, the Faridabad Sales outlet clients are served by the Okhla, New Delhi workshop.
These latest openings in Delhi NCR are part of a broader effort to bolster their national footprint. With these recent additions, Volkswagen now boasts 189 new and used car sales and 133 service centers across India.
