Tata Nexon EV Facelift Launched At Rs 14.74 Lakh
Tata Motors in an attempt to dominate the EV segment launched the facelifted version of the Tata Nexon EV SUV in the country. This newly launched Nexon EV facelift SUV features plenty of changes compared to its predecessor including an uprated powertrain.
That being said, the electric version of the Tata Nexon continues to be made available in two versions. However, the automaker has now renamed the Prime and Max variants as Mid Range and Long Range, respectively.

Prices for the Mid Range variants of the Nexon EV start at Rs 14.74 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes all the way up to Rs 17.84 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, prices for the Long Range variants range between Rs 18.19 lakh and Rs 19.94 lakh, ex-showroom.
Coming to the powertrain, the Tata Nexon EV facelift Mid Range continues to be powered by the same 127bhp electric motor with 215Nm of peak torque. Moreover, the updated model can cover 325 kilometres on a fully charged battery pack.

On the other hand, the Long Range variant of the Tata Nexon facelift features an all-new Gen2 powertrain system capable of running up to 16,000rpm, which is 4,000rpm more than the previous electric motor - Resulting in an increased top speed of 150km/h (up by 30km/h).
Furthermore, this new electric motor produces 142.6bhp and 215Nm of peak torque. This has also helped acceleration as the updated model can sprint to 100km/h in just 8.9 seconds. The model is also more efficient as it can cover 465 kilometres on its 40.5kWh battery pack.
Coming to the design, the Tata Nexon EV facelift features an updated exterior consisting of a futuristic split headlamp design, front and rear lightbars, and sharp lines. However, being a facelift, the silhouette of the facelifted iteration remains somewhat similar to the previous version.
Stepping inside the facelifted version of the Tata Nexon EV, the updated model sports an all-new interior consisting of a new layered dashboard, a larger 10.25-inch infotainment unit, a new fully digital instrument cluster, a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, a new upholstery, and much more.
Noticeable features of the facelifted version of the Nexon EV include a 360-degree surround-view camera, connected car tech, a wireless charger, ventilated front seats, an air purifier, rear AC vents, and more.
Furthermore, Tata Motors stepped up the standardised safety kit with features such as 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), ABS, EBD, ISOFIX child seat anchoring points, parking sensors, emergency and breakdown call assistance, and more.
