Tata Motors is currently dominating the Indian electric four-wheeler segment with models such as Tata Tiago EV, Tata Tigor EV, and Tata Nexon EV. Also, we know that Tata Motors have heavily invested in developing new electric vehicles for the future.
Tata Motors has confirmed that 4 new electric SUVs will hit Indian roads by early next year. According to the roadmap laid by Tata Motors, the company will launch models such as Nexon EV facelift, Punch EV, Harrier EV, and Curvv EV.

Out of these 4 new electric vehicles, the upcoming Tata Nexon EV facelift is expected to be launched in September this year. We expect the next launch to be the Tata Harrier EV followed by Tata Punch EV, and Tata Curvv EV.
While addressing the shareholders, N Chandrasekaran, chairman of Tata Sons said, "We have a new upgraded Nexon, which will be launched anytime this year. We will then be launching the Harrier, Punch, and finally the Curvv towards the first quarter next year."

With the launch of these 4 electric SUVs in India, we expect the electric vehicle product portfolio of Tata Motors to be stronger than ever. Moreover, we expect this wide EV product portfolio to attract more customers.
Also, such an extensive electric vehicle product portfolio will push more people to consider an EV as their next vehicle, which is also expected to have a positive impact on EV sales growth in India and the company could very much benefit from this growth as a market leader.

That being said, Tata Group recently confirmed that it will be building an electric vehicle battery factory in the United Kingdom. This new battery factory in the UK will be the Tata Group's first gigafactory outside of India.
To build such a massive battery manufacturing plant in the UK, Tata Group is said to invest more than £4 billion (Rs 42,000 crore). Thanks to such a massive investment, this new battery plant by Tata is said to create as many as 9,000 jobs in the UK.

Thoughts About Upcoming Electric SUVs From Tata Motors
The launch of the above-listed electric SUVs is expected to push more people to consider an EV as their next vehicle. This push is likely to have a positive impact on EV sales growth and the company could very much benefit from this growth as a market leader.
