Skoda Kushaq Onyx Plus & Slavia Ambition Plus Launched: Prices Start At Rs 11.59 Lakh
Czech carmaker Skoda has launched the Kushaq Onyx Plus & the Slavia Ambition Plus in India with prices starting at Rs 11.59 lakh (ex-showroom). Both cars feature an exclusive Chrome package and added accessories.
The Skoda Kushaq Onyx Plus is only offered with a manual gearbox and is priced at Rs 11.59 lakh. The new Skoda Slavia Ambition Plus variant is offered with both manual and automatic gearboxes. The former is priced at Rs 12.49 lakh and the latter at Rs 13.79 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom).
Both the new Slavia Ambition Plus and the Kushaq Onyx Plus draw power from the Volkswagen Group's EA211 engine which in the Skoda duo features turbocharging. The force-fed 999cc engine pushes out 114bhp and 178Nm of peak torque.
So what are the changes that these new variant levels for the Kushaq and the Slavia bring to the game this festive season? The new Skoda Kushaq Onyx Plus variant adds chrome to the vertical fins of the grille, the window trim and the boot lid garnish.
Other than the shiny chrome bits, the new Skoda Kushaq Onyx Plus sports brand-new 16-inch Grus alloy wheels. The Kushaq Onyx Plus SUV comes exclusively in the following colour options - Candy White and Carbon Steel.
The Skoda Slavia sedan's new Ambition Plus variant sports new chrome bits on the front grille as well as the garnish for the lower door sections and the trunk. The Slavia Ambition Plus variant also adds an in-built dashcam to help you record your journeys inside the newest trim level of the sedan.
