Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition Launched At Rs 16.19 Lakh – Limited To Just 500 Units
In a bid to attract more customers, Skoda Auto India has launched the Matte Edition of the Skoda Kushaq SUV. This new Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition SUV is priced at Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom).
It is also worth mentioning that the newly launched Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition is positioned between the top-spec 'Style' trim level and the Monte Carlo Edition. Furthermore, this special edition of the Kushaq SUV will be limited to just 500 units.
That being said, the new Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition SUV can be specified with 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engines. Moreover, to ensure the special edition SUV appeals to an even wider audience, customers of the Kushaq Matte Edition can choose between manual and automatic transmission variants.
The base 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder TSI petrol engine is tuned to produce 115bhp and 178Nm of torque. With this powertrain, customers can either choose between a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox.
On the other hand, the more potent 1.5-litre TSI engine puts out 150bhp and 250Nm of peak torque. Though this can also be specified with a 6-speed manual transmission, the automatic transmission unit that comes mated to this powertrain is a more advanced 7-speed DSG gearbox.
Some of the standout features of the newly launched Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition SUV include a matte Carbon Steel shade, a large 10-inch infotainment unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a 6-speaker high-performance audio system with sub-woofer, and glossy black design elements on the exterior.
