MG Motors & Jio Platforms Team Up Together: Providing Users With Hinglish Voice Assistant
MG Motor India and Jio Platforms have partnered to provide its users with a Hindi and English, or 'Hinglish', Voice Assistant experience, which is powered by Jio's Digital Assets found in the MG Comet EV. MG Motors has always been manufacturing their vehicles with state-of-the-art connected-car technology.
MG Motors and Jio Platforms' collaboration enables modern-day, smart-mobility innovations to strongly highlight MG Motors' dedication to providing the world with a 'futuristic urban mobility ecosystem' while also enhancing user experiences.
The ones who've got themselves the MG Comet EV will experience Jio's creative ideas, such as the debut of a 'Hinglish' Voice Assistant system that can be used with music applications, connectivity platforms, and hardware.
The Voice Assistant, known as 'HelloJio', has been made to understand and respond to traditional Indian speakers who have different dialects and ways of talking. The HelloJio Voice Assistant can be enabled by using a wake word, by pressing an icon on the infotainment display, or a button located on the steering wheel.
The Voice Assistant can also help the user with information about cricket, weather, news, Horoscopes, and other topics. Also, the HelloJio Voice Assistant can be used to switch on or off the A/C and even play songs.
The MG Comet EV also has Jio's eSIM in the car which adds a significant amount of safety as the sim can identify the vehicle and can encrypt communications, all while the vehicle is being used. This sim comes integrated right from the manufacturing process.

Through the years, MG Motor has been developing vehicles with unique technology present in them. Their first unique car was the MG Hector, the first car in India to have Internet connectivity. Following this, they launched the first full-electric internet SUV, the MG ZS EV. Then coming to the MG Gloster - this car had Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control, and other top features. Now, the MG Comet EV comes with the first 'Hinglish' Voice Assitant paired to streaming apps.

The HelloJio Voice Assistant provides the user with a feature we haven't seen on even the latest cars in the market.
