We find the MG Comet to be 2974mm long, 1505mm wide and 1640mm tall with a wheelbase of 2010mm. The plucky build and nature of the car gives it a turning radius of only 4.2 metres.

The electric Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor of the Comet manages to push out a decent 41.4bhp and a 100Nm of torque. For the size of the car, these specs make it a perfect urban car offering.

MG has kept the interior of the Comet quite spacious. The car is very roomy on the inside and has enough space for 4 fully-grown adults to sit comfortably, without anyone having to stick to each other.

My Thoughts On The Comet EV

MG has very clearly taken customer satisfaction into consideration while producing the car. Not focusing so much on the previous generations, MG is making the switch to pleasing future generations and aiming to give them what they want. With the MG Comet top-spec variant priced at almost Rs 10 Lakh, it remains to be seen if customers would opt for the more practical competition available in the market.
