MG Motor India is all geared up to launch the new MG Comet EV electric car and here are the top 5 things you should know about this upcoming small electric car.
Powertrain, Battery Pack & Range: The upcoming MG Comet EV small electric car is expected to come with a 17.3kWh battery pack and a 45bhp rear-mounted electric motor. We also expect this powertrain set-up to deliver 250 kilometres of range on a fully charged battery pack.
Dimensions: The upcoming MG Comet EV is a 2-door electric car that has been primarily designed to zip through city traffic. As a result, the upcoming MG Comet EV sports extremely compact dimensions measuring 2,974mm long, 1,505mm wide, and 1,613mm tall. Also, the wheelbase stands at just 2,010mm.
Interior: Though the upcoming MG Comet EV is a small city car, it is not a 'Spartan'. In fact, the upcoming MG Comet EV is well-equipped and luxurious with features such as a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an infotainment unit of the same size, automatic climate control, and more.

Rivals: At present, the upcoming MG Comet EV does not seem to have any direct rivals in India and the closest rivals are in the form of the Tata Tiago EV, and Citroen eC3 hatchback.
