Maruti Suzuki Jimny Arrives At Nexa Dealership Ahead Of Its Launch – Showroom Display Commences

Ahead of the launch of the Maruti Suzuki Jimny in India, the company has now commenced the showroom display of the upcoming 4X4 SUV in the country to give buyers a first-hand experience.

That being said, Maruti Suzuki will be following the same strategy it used with the Maruti Suzuki Fronx SUV, where it will showcase the Jimny SUV at the Nexa dealerships across the country ahead of its launch.

Furthermore, it is also worth mentioning that Maruti Suzuki has already received more than 30,000 bookings for the Jimny SUV despite increasing the booking amount to Rs 25,000 from Rs 10,000. Also, the upcoming new Jimny SUV will be available in two trim levels - Zeta, and Alpha.

Diving into details, the upcoming new Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV will be powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated K15B petrol engine. This engine puts out 103bhp of power and 134.2Nm of torque. Furthermore, Jimny customers can either opt for a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic gearbox.

Since Maruti Suzuki Jimny is an off-road-focused SUV, the Indo-Japnese automaker has equipped the Jimny SUV with Suzuki's AllGrip Pro 4WD system with a low-range transfer case for more extreme off-roading.

In terms of features, the top-spec Maruti Suzuki Jimny Alpha trim will come equipped with features such as a 9.0-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, auto headlamps, Arkayms audio system, Cruise Control, Climate Control, keyless entry, alloy wheels, headlamp washers, and much more.

Furthermore, the upcoming new Maruti Suzuki Jimny will be offered in 7 different shades - Pearl Arctic White, Nexa Blue, Granite Gray, Bluish Black, Sizzling Red, Kinetic Yellow with a Bluish Black roof, and Sizzling Red with a Bluish Black roof.
