Maruti Suzuki Fronx - Exterior Design & Colour Options

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx is the latest addition to the carmaker's SUV lineup. The all-new Fronx sports quite a few design highlights that have been seen on Maruti Suzuki's latest crop of SUVs which includes the likes of the Grand Vitara.

The new Maruti Suzuki Fronx sports an upright front end with a large grille. The Suzuki badge on the upper section of the grille is connected to the sleek LED DRLs. Lower down in their own enclosures on the front bumper sit the LED headlights. The front bumper also sports a small air dam underneath which you can find the faux skid plates in grey that add to the Fronx's SUV looks.

The sides of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx are where the SUV's Baleno origins can still be seen despite the Maruti Suzuki design team's best efforts. However, the combination of the SUV muscle and the Baleno's curves is a rather good one and gives the Fronx a rather aerodynamic look.

The Fronx's C-pillar sports a black insert which gives the illusion of a floating roof. The new Maruti Suzuki Fronx SUV rides on a snazzy set of geometric precision-cut dual-tone alloy wheels. The wheelarches enclosing the wheels sport black plastic cladding which gives the new SUV a more rugged look.

The rear section of the Fronx is all new with the SUV sporting an integrated spoiler element on the roof. The Suzuki badge sits above the full-length LED taillights that feature claw-like extensions on either edge. The sculpted front bumper looks nice and gives the rear section of the Fronx, a proper hint of muscle.

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx is offered in six single options - Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Earthen Brown, Opulent Red, and Splendid Silver. The final three colours are also offered in dual-tone schemes with a Bluish Black roof.

Thoughts About The Maruti Suzuki Fronx

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx sees the nation's largest carmaker head down the crossover route. While;e the interiors may seem to be directly lifted from the Baleno, the exteriors of the Fronx are quite different from its hatch sibling and at first glance, you'll never be able to connect the two.

At first glance, the Maruti Suzuki Fronx looks like another winner from the carmaker's Nexa portfolio and with its launch right around the corner, people are already flocking to book one for themselves. We'll be able to tell you how it drives, when we get behind the wheel of the all-new Maruti Suzuki Fronx in the near future before it hits streets at an expected starting price of around Rs 7 lakh.
