Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG Waiting Period Extends Up To 6 Months – Strong Demand In Tier 1 Cities
Maruti Suzuki recently launched the Brezza CNG in India and the SUV already seems to have gained good traction in the market as the waiting period for the CNG SUV now extends up to 6 months (Bangalore).
That being said, bookings for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is currently and the booking amount is currently capped at Rs 25,000. In addition to that, Maruti Suzuki Brezza is available in 3 trim levels - LXI, VXI and ZXI.
Powering the new Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is a 1.5-litre, Dual Jet, Dual VVT, naturally-aspirated petrol engine with 99.2bhp of peak power and 136Nm of peak torque. However, these output figures drop to 86.63bhp of power and 121.5Nm torque in CNG mode.
Also, Maruti Suzuki is currently offering the new Brezza CNG SUV with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. However, there is a possibility that the Indi-Japanese automaker could equip the model with a 6-speed automatic transmission in the future.
That being said, one of the biggest USPs of a CNG vehicle is its running cost and Maruti Suzuki claims that the newly launched Brezza CNG SUV is capable of delivering a fuel efficiency figure of 25.51km/kg of CNG.
In terms of features, the top-spec Brezza CNG comes with features such as a 7.0-inch infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Cruise Control, connected car tech, electric sunroof, auto climate control, rear AC vents, powered rear-view mirrors and much more.
In addition to this, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza also features safety tech such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program (ESP), reverse camera, hill-hold assist, reverse parking sensors and much more.
Thoughts About The 2023 Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG
Though the newly launched Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG SUV demands a long waiting period and a Rs 95,000 premium over the respective petrol-only variants of the SUV, we expect the model to continue its strong growth in the coming months as well.
