Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG Variants Explained – Check Out All Details
Maruti Suzuki recently launched the Brezza CNG SUV and the model is available in 3 variants - LXI, VXI, and ZXI As such, here is everything you need to know about all variants of the CNG SUV.
LXI: Some of the note-worthy features in the new Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG SUV includes halogen projector headlamps, integrated rear spoiler, manual AC, rear AC vents, MID, hill-hold assist, dual front airbags, and rear parking sensors. This variant is priced at Rs 9.14 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
VXI: The 'VXI' variant of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG SUV comes equipped with features such as a 7-inch infotainment unit, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, powered mirrors, climate control, steering-mounted controls, and rear defogger. This variant is priced at Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
ZXI: The top-spec ZXI variant of the Brezza CNG SUV comes with features such as connected car tech, push-button start/stop system, LED projector headlamps, reverse camera, 60:40 split-folding seats, dual-tone interiors, and an upgraded Arkamys audio system. This variant is priced at Rs 11.89 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
It is also worth mentioning that the ZXI variant of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG can be specified with a dual-tone shade. This variant is called the 'ZXI DT' and it is priced at Rs 12.05 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
Coming to the powertrain, the 2023 Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is powered by a 1.5-litre, Dual Jet, Dual VVT, naturally-aspirated petrol engine capable of producing 86.63bhp of peak power and 121.5Nm peak torque in CNG mode.
However, using petrol, this engine puts out a very respectable 99.2bhp of peak power and 136Nm of peak torque while emptying the petrol tank. In terms of efficiency, the new Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is capable of delivering a fuel efficiency figure of 25.51km/kg in CNG mode.
In terms of gearbox options, Maruti Suzuki is currently offering the 2023 Brezz S-CNG SUV with a 5-speed manual transmission. However, there is a possibility that the company could launch the model with a 6-speed automatic transmission in the future.
