Lamborghini Lanzador Concept EV Revealed - Raging Bull Goes Electric For The First Time
Lamborghini Lanzador concept EV revealed. The Lamborghini Lanzador concept gives us our first look at the Italian supercar firm's first-ever EV due in 2028.
The Lamborghini Lanzador concept revealed at the Monterey Car Week also grants the world a glimpse at the Sant'Agata Bolognese-based firm's long-rumoured 2+2 grand tourer. However, Lamborghini has a different term to define the body style - Ultra GT.

Speaking at the unveiling of the Lamborghini Lanzador concept, Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini said, "With the fourth model concept, we are opening a new car segment: the Ultra GT. This will offer customers a new, unparalleled Lamborghini driving experience thanks to pioneering technologies."
Lamborghini hasn't revealed any details about the power figures for the Lanzador EV which is expected considering the production car is only due in 5 years. However, the firm did reveal that the Lanzador would sport two high specific output motors, one on each axle.

The Italian firm also revealed that the all-wheel-drive Lanzador concept vehicle sported a host of tech including rear-wheel steering, an electronic torque distribution system, air suspension, and Lamborghini's ALA active aero setup.
The design of the Lamborghini Lanzador concept is like any vehicle from the marque, absolutely wild. It features a high-riding two-door setup with all the angles and strakes that you've come to expect from a Lamborghini.

The split headlamps design is new and the bulbous arches play host to some rather snazzy wheels shod with chunky tyres. However, despite the high-riding design, the roof of the Lanzador sits around 1.5 metres above the ground, giving it a very unique look.
Step inside the Lanzador and the craziness continues with the cabin made to look like you're inside the cockpit of a fighter jet. The driver and front passenger feature separate 'cockpits', a design enhanced by the sleek display for each section.

The Lamborghini Lanzador's cabin is made almost entirely from sustainable materials sourced from the firm's home nation of Italy. The seat foam is made from recycled fibres, merino wool upholstery is also recycled and the carbon fibre bits are made using 'regenerated' carbon.
The Lanzador concept is the latest car in the firm's decarbonization and electrification roadmap announced in 2021 which will see all of its cars feature electrification by the end of 2024.

Thoughts About The Lamborghini Lanzador Concept
The Lamborghini Lanzador concept shows us the raging bull's upcoming fourth model which will be a 2+2 seater Ultra GT powered by electricity. With it due only in 2028, Lambo fans have a long way to go before they see a silent raging bull on the roads.
