Honda’s Discount On The City And Amaze: Details And More
Honda has recently announced a discount for two of its models in the month of July. The models to avail this discount are the City and Amaze, both from the sedan range of Honda. The Honda City is the model to get the yummiest deals, whereas certain saving options are available on the Amaze.
The discounts for the Honda City and Amaze can be received through cash discounts, exchange bonuses, corporate discounts, and loyalty bonuses and are available till the end of the month, July 31st.
The Honda City is available at a starting price of Rs. 11.57 Lakh (Ex-Showroom) and ranges up to Rs. 18.89 Lakh for the City e:HEV. On the other hand, the Honda Amaze is available at a more affordable price, with the price at Rs. 7.05 Lakh (Ex-Showroom).
For discounts, the Honda City can be bought with add-ons worth Rs. 10,946 or with a Rs. 10,000 cash discount, straight from Honda. Also, the City gets a Rs. 20,000 exclusive corporate discount on top of the basic Rs. 8,000 corporate discount, making the corporate discount raise to Rs. 28,000. Beyond this, those Honda customers who are looking to trade in their car for the City will receive a discount of Rs. 20,000, and Rs. 8,000 will be offered to the new customers.
The Honda Amaze, however, doesn't receive such decorated discounts. Instead, the Amaze comes with a standard Rs. 6,000 corporate discount. Also, the only available discount options for the general public is the option to avail accessories worth Rs. 12,296 or a cash discount of Rs. 10,000. Additionally, there is a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5,000.
The Honda City comes with a 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine which has a total output of 119.3bhp and 145Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a CVT gearbox or a 6-speed manual. In terms of features, the City gets ADAS, an 8-inch infotainment display with wireless smartphone connectivity, adaptive cruise control, and more.
The Honda City also comes with a hybrid engine in the e:HEV model. The City e:HEV is powered by a 1.5-litre Atkinson Cycle hybrid engine that produces 124.7bhp and 253Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to an e-CVT gearbox.
The Honda Amaze comes with a 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine which produces 88bhp and 110Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a CVT gearbox or a 5-Speed manual. For features, the Amaze gets LED Lighting, automatic climate control, rear windshield defogger, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and more.

These deals available on the Honda City are quite tempting, but not too eye-catchy on the Amaze. However, the discounts available may differ based on the dealership, model, variant, year, and other factors that the vehicle depends on.
