Speaking about the Maruti Suzuki Jimny, the sub-4m SUV has so far managed to average 3,000 units in sales since its launch in India. Also, the high demand for the Jimny SUV has caused a slight stretch in the waiting period for the SUV.
Coming to the powertrain, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces 103bhp and 134.2Nm of torque. Furthermore, gearbox options include a 4-speed automatic unit and a 5-speed manual transmission.

According to Maruti Suzuki, the manual variant of the new Jimny SUV returns a fuel efficiency of 16.94km/l, whereas the automatic variant is slightly less fuel-efficient at 16.39km/l. This gives the Maruti Suzuki Jimny a range of more than 650 kilometres on its 40-litre petrol tank.
In terms of features, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV comes equipped with auto headlamps, a large 9.0-inch infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, cruise control, climate control, alloy wheels, headlamp washers, and a lot more other features as well.
