The Brabus 600 For Range Rover Is The Perfect Stealth Monster For Bollywood's Elite
German tuner Brabus has revealed its latest custom offering - the Brabus 600 for Range Rover. The custom Brabus 600 for Range Rover is based on the P530 LWB Autobiography version of the British luxury SUV.
The latest creation from the German tuning house best known for tuning already mad Mercedes-AMG G63s into insane powerhouses isn't for the faint of heart as shown by its price tag of 461,971.09 euros (Rs 4.2 crore).
So what do you get for all those extra euros? Well, Brabus has taken the BMW-sourced 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet of the Range Rover and tuned it with a package dubbed the BRABUS Performance Kit PowerXtra LR44-600.
The performance kit increases the engine's output from 523bhp to 593bhp while the peak torque figure has risen by 50Nm to 800Nm. The gearbox remains the same 8-speed automatic that sends power to all four wheels.
On the road, Brabus claims that the 600 for Range Rover sprints from 0-100km in 4.5 seconds and that the tuned SUV can hit a top speed of 250km/h. While the 0-100km/h sprint time has dropped by two-tenths of a second, the top speed remains unchanged.
Brabus has draped its custom Range Rover with its usual array of changes which include quite a few carbon fibre bits. The Brabus 600 for Range Rover sports a new front bumper with a new front spoiler with added carbon bits that help keep the tuned SUV planted to the road at high speeds.
The sides are dominated by the massive 24-inch 20-spoke Brabus Monoblock ZV Platinum Edition forged wheels that are shod in 295/35 ZR 24 Continental ContiSportContact 6 tyres.
The rear section of the Brabus 600 for Range Rover sports a new roof-mounter spoiler as well as a new diffuser, quad tailpipes and more carbon fibre bits for those concerned with weight savings. Oh, and all the Range Rover-related badges have been replaced with Brabus ones.
The interiors of the Brabus 600 for Range Rover take the luxury game to a whole new level. The version shown here features a cabin fully upholstered in Pistachiop leather with black piping and stitching providing the contrast element. Also seen are carbon fibre scuff plates with the illuminated Brabus logo and aluminium pedals.
