2023 Tata Safari Deliveries Commence – All Details Here
Ahead of the implementation of more stringent BS6 Phase 2 and RDE emission regulations in India, Tata Motors has commenced the deliveries of the 2023 Tata Safari SUV in the country.
Diving into details, the updated 2023 Tata Safari SUV comes with an updated powertrain that is now compatible with upcoming emission regulations as well as E20 fuel. In addition to that, the 2023 Tata Safari also comes with an updated features list and ADAS (Advanced Diver Assistance Systems).

That being said, the 2023 Tata Safari SUV uses an updated iteration of the 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine and this engine puts out a healthy 168bhp of peak power and 350Nm of peak torque. Furthermore, customers can choose between a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
features-wise, the 2023 Tata Safari SUV comes equipped with new features such as a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a 360-degree surround-view camera system, a new fully digital instrument cluster, 6-way power adjustable driver seat with memory function and much more.

In addition to that, the 2023 Tata Safari comes equipped with ADAS which includes a whole network of active safety features such as autonomous emergency braking (AEB), traffic sign recognition, high beam assist, blind-spot detection, lane departure warning, rear cross-traffic alert, forward and rear collision alert and door open alert.
Also, the 2023 Tata Safari SUV is available in 6 exterior shades - Oberon Black, Daytona Grey, Orcus White, Tropical Mist Adventure, Royale Blue, and Orcus White Adventure. Furthermore, the 2023 Tata Safari is also offered in the new Red Dark Edition, which features an all-black theme and red accents.

Prices for the 2023 Tata Safari range starts from Rs 15.65 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) for the base XE trim with manual transmission and goes all the way up to Rs 25.01 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) for the top-spec Red Dark edition with 6 seats and automatic transmission.
