Speaking about the marque's new programs, Lexus India President, Naveen Soni said, "Celebrating 5 years of Lexus in India with introduction of the Buyback Promise scheme for the Lexus ES300h as well as the Lexus Loyalty scheme, we would like to strengthen our guest's faith in Lexus, at the same time show our confidence on the Lexus cars and our strong commitment to the Indian market. In this new era, consumers are more mindful about their purchases, and we are crafting the best for them."

The buyback program from Lexus in India has been started with ES 300h sedan. Lexus is offering its customers some of the best rates in the country when it comes to buyback programs for luxury vehicles.

Lexus ES 300h owners can get back up to 60 per cent of the residual value of their sedan if they avail themselves of the buyback program from the Japanese luxury carmaker. Under the program, Lexus will also offer customers the best low-cost financing options.

Lexus has also introduced a new loyalty program for its existing customers under the 'Lexus Life' initiative. Under the new loyalty program, current Lexus owners can avail themselves of a host of offers and packages from the Japanese brand on servicing, extended warranty, accessories and merchandise.

Lexus had introduced its 'Lexus Life' program back in 2021 with a host of features for new Lexus owners including finance, service, warranty, insurance and roadside assistance. In addition to this, Lexus had also introduced a trade-in program called 'Lexus Pre-Owned'. This was a new platform where Lexus owners across the country could conveniently trade-in and upgrade their Lexus cars and SUVs.

Lexus currently sells a total of six cars in India. These include two sedans, a sporty coupe and three SUVs. The Lexus range in India starts with the ES 300h which starts at Rs 56.65 lakhs. The range tops out with the V8 LX 570 SUV which is priced at Rs 2.33 crores (all prices mentioned are ex-showroom)

All the vehicles on offer from Lexus in India except for the LX SUV feature a hybrid powertrain. The LX 570 ditches the 3.5-litre Atkinson cycle V6 hybrid powertrain for a 5.7-litre turbocharged V8 engine that produces 362bhp at 5,600rpm and a peak torque output of 530Nm at 3,200rpm. The engine on the Lexus LX 570 is paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

All the other models in the Lexus lineup use the same 3.5-litre V6 engine along with one or more electric motors to produce 295bhp and 350Nm of torque. The engine is offered with a 10 step CVT automatic gearbox.
