Kia Once Again Hiked Price Of Carens Due To High Demand - Effective From November 1

According to Kia Motors, the latest price hike is currently in effect as the updated prices were already put into effect from the start of this month. That being said, prices for the Kia Carens MUV now starts from Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India) post the implementation of the second price hike.

It is also worth mentioning that there are Kia Carens MUV is sold in 19 different variants in India and the top-spec Kia Carens 'Luxury Plus' variant in 7-seater configuration and an automatic diesel powertrain now cost Rs 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Speaking about Kia Carens, the MUV quickly recorded more than 50,000 bookings in a relatively short period of time - Far exceeding the South Korean automaker's expectations. On top of that, the demand for Kia Carens MUV is not only confined to tier 1 cities, but the MUV was in just as much demand in tier 2 cities as well.

The popularity of the Kia Carens MUV could be credited to the MUV's aggressive pricing. However, despite the earlier price hike, the demand for the Kia Carens MUV continues to remain strong in the country.
