Hyundai Car Owners Now Get Just One Key: 2nd Key After 6 Months
The recent semiconductor shortage has pushed Hyundai to dispatch just one smart key to its new customers. Though Hyundai is also providing a second key with its car, the key is devoid of any electronics.

However, not all Hyundai models are affected by this move. The models to be affected by this mover are, i20 (‘Asta' and higher), i20 N line, Creta (‘S' variant and higher), and Alcazar (all variants).

According to sources, the second key for the above-mentioned vehicles will be delivered to respective customers within 6 months' time.
Speaking about Hyundai, the company recently lost its position as the ‘second-largest car manufacturer in India' to Tata Motors in terms of May 2022 sales figures.

Apart from that, the Hyundai Creta SUV continues to be the best selling model in the company's current product portfolio, however, despite being loaded to the brim with features and tech, the Venue SUV sales have slipped in the recent years.

In order to further improve the sales, Hyundai is gearing up to launch the facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV in India.
According to the images released by the South Korean automobile giant, the upcoming Hyundai Venue SUV comes with big changes on both inside and outside.

For starters, the upcoming facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV features a new front end design that looks a bit more mature and sophisticated at the same time with its all-new front grille, a revised front bumper with rectangular air dams, and a pair of new LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs.

Coming to the sides, the upcoming facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV also includes a set of new alloy wheels and also features a pair of more prominent-looking roof rails.

At the rear, the upcoming facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV comes with a new rear bumper, and a set of new two-piece tail lamps with a full-width light bar. All these changes add a lot more presence to the Hyundai's sub-4m SUV.

Moving inside the facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV, the upcoming sub-4m features an all-new dashboard with a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Along with this, the facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue SUV is also likely to receive a fully digital instrument cluster from the Hyundai i20 range.

In terms of features, the updated Hyundai Venue is expected to be equipped with features such as connected car tech, Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, rear AC vents, ambient lighting, auto climate control, wireless charging pad, ventilated front seats, and much more.

The updated iteration of the Hyundai Venue SUV is also expected to feature a minimum of 6 airbags to satisfy the new government regulations and the SUV is also equipped with other safety features such as ABS, EBS, electronic stability control (ESC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera system and much more.

Thoughts About Semiconductor Shortage
Hyundai is not the only automotive company in the world to face the chip shortage at this time. However, the South Korean manufacturer seems to be trying its best to overcome the situation.
